Commercial Inspections

What does a commercial inspection cover?

We can perform our commercial property and building inspections (Property Condition Assessments or PCAs) to ASTM E2018-15 standards.

PCAs are the most common style of due-diligence inspections associated with commercial real estate transactions; They are common when purchasing, leasing, financing or simply maintaining commercial properties. We follow industry-accepted guidelines of ASTM E2018-15, the recognized standard of well-known lenders.

A commercial inspection generally includes an inspection of the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, foundation, attic, roof, appliances, fixtures, fireplaces, outlets, switches, and other elements of the commercial property. We also cover dozens of components in these primary categories.

What tools do you use?

Noble Property Inspections prides ourselves on sending our inspectors to your home with the best available tools for detecting problems.

Our inspectors use a variety of different tools that help them determine if there are any deficiencies during an inspection.

Although our inspectors customize their tool brands and what they bring to a job, they all generally always carry a ladder, a moisture meter, a house elevation plot (ZipLevel), an infrared thermometer, an circuit tester, a pressure gauge, and a thermal imager, along with a variety of other smaller tools. Our inspectors also carry drones.
