Load-bearing walls are a critical component of your property’s structural system. These walls support the weight of your building and transfer it from the roof to the foundation. Changing the layout of these walls is a complex process that requires the expertise of a licensed structural engineer. If you are planning a home renovation or expansion project and are unsure if a wall is load-bearing, GreenWorks can help. Our team will evaluate your wall and determine the best course of action for your project. Don’t risk compromising your property’s safety, contact GreenWorks for a load-bearing wall evaluation today.
Retaining Wall Inspection & Design
Our structural engineer’s initial analysis will determine the structural integrity of a retaining wall to avoid soil erosion, which can create sloping water intrusion. During the review process, the engineer will discuss the current structural integrity of the wall and determine if engineered plans are required.
