Home Inspections
What does a home inspection cover?
We perform our single family and condo inspections to the state’s standards. This generally includes an inspection of the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, foundation, attic, roof, appliances, fixtures, fireplaces, outlets, switches, and other elements of your home. We also cover dozens of components in these primary categories.
What tools do you use?
Noble Property Inspections prides ourselves on sending our inspectors to your home with the best available tools for detecting problems.
Our inspectors use a variety of different tools that help them determine if there are any deficiencies during an inspection.
Although our inspectors customize their tool brands and what they bring to a job, they all generally always carry a ladder, a moisture meter, a house elevation plot (ZipLevel), an infrared thermometer, an circuit tester, a pressure gauge, and a thermal imager, along with a variety of other smaller tools. Our inspectors also carry drones.
How long does it take?
Inspections typically take from 2-3 hours on a home between 2,000 and 3,000 square-feet. The duration of an inspection varies heavily depending on size, age of the home, roof/foundation style, and add-ons requested.
